Dear Fellow Patriot,
Our combat veterans who lost limbs fighting for our freedom urgently need our help.
That’s why I’m turning to you to help me raise $60,000 in the next 60 days.
Some of these heroes had their mobility stolen by America's enemies. These survivors of vicious attacks in Iraq, Afghanistan, or another war zone lost limbs, suffered paralysis, or were left with some other severe injury limiting their mobility.
They can’t regain their independence, benefit from rehabilitative outdoor activities and do normal activities in their limited-use wheelchairs.
Other disabled service members have fallen on hard times financially or have experienced accidents that left them without a car. These heroes can't make it to their many medical appointments and rebuild their lives without a safe and reliable vehicle.
Each one of these heroes fought to defend our freedom and keep our nation safe. They put their lives on the line for you and me — and now their lives will never be the same.
I’m talking about heroes like:
► John, an Army Staff Sergeant who served with one of our nation’s elite assault teams before a severe spinal cord injury caused him to lose the use of both of his legs. John is now medically retired and simply wants to feel useful and do yardwork around his home, but he needs a rugged chair to be able to do the work.
► Harry, who stepped on an explosive during an assault and lost both of his legs in the blast. Before he was injured, he loved to go fishing and hunting. Harry wants to do those activities again, but he can’t without your support for an all-terrain wheelchair.
► Bill, an Army veteran who gave almost 20 years of service to our country. He was injured in a parachute accident. Now, Bill can walk for only very short stretches at a time before experiencing extreme pain.
► Arthur, who completed two combat deployments during 10 years of service. He is very sick because of the work he did in Iraq and now has muscle failure, lung damage, nerve damage, and more. Arthur wants to go for a walk with his wife and daughter but needs a specialized wheelchair to go out to the beach or on a trail with them.
YES, OLLIE! You can count on me to support our wounded heroes and help you reach your goal of raising $60,000 in 60 days. I know how important Freedom Alliance’s programs are to help our wounded troops get their mobility back! That’s why I’m rushing my tax-deductible gift:
► Colin, a veteran of the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan, who was injured during a roadside bomb attack. Today, he is permanently disabled and needs your help to regain mobility with an all-terrain wheelchair.
I urgently need your help again today so more wounded heroes like these can regain their mobility and independence.
I don't want to ever turn away a single veteran in need — and I know you don't either ...
That's why I'll need Patriots like you who care about helping our wounded heroes to step up once again in order to help meet this $60,000 Challenge in the next 60 days.
On behalf of the severely wounded and disabled veterans you'll be helping today, thank you.
Semper Fidelis,
